ABOUT ME
When I started throwing javelin in high school I quickly realized how much fun and how much of a challenge it was going to be. That was over thirteen years and 30,000 throws ago. My current PR is 64.27 or 210-10. Just like you I am chasing more meters/feet! I remember what it was like to start out and think how on earth am I going to throw over 100 feet?! And then once I did I thought the same about 125 and 150 and so on and now I’m chasing 65+ meters.
My javelin journey has had many highs and lows but the journey itself is what continues to keep me on the runway. I am indebted to many coaches who invested in me and I hope to do the same for others.
Since starting The Javelin Breakdown in 2020 I have helped over 150 athletes all over the globe set new PR's and overcome various technical plateaus/injuries and more. Multiple state champions, district, regional champions, new school record and state record holders....its been a tremendous privilege to be part of many journeys and I hope to be helping you next!
